Bhubaneswar: The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted that due to effect of Kalbaisakhi rain along with thunderstorm and lightening is likely to prevail in Odisha for next five days.
Sharing about the weather updates, the Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar tweeted, “Abatement in Heat wave from 6th May and Thunderstorms with lightning accompanied with gusty surface wind likely over districts of Odisha.”
Meanwhile, the weather department has issued yellow warning for 4 districts today. These districts include Angul, Baoudh, Balangir and Nuapada.
