Odisha Government employees to be included in Subhadra Yojana, money to be credited by November: DY CM Pravati Parida
Bhubaneswar: In the last week of November, more than 20 lakh beneficiaries will get the third phase of the 1st instalment of Subhadra Yojana money.
The state government will provide Subhadra Yojana money to more than one crore women by the end of December. The BDO has been given the responsibility as the nodal agency for re-checking the rejected applications.
At the district level, a three-member committee has been formed with district welfare officers. Dismissed beneficiaries will be notified through Aanganwadi workers. Those dismissed on land basis will be re-inspected by Tehsildar and RI.
It is worth mentioning here that, of the 2 lakh 67 thousand applications rejected, the maximum number of those rejected is on the basis of land. Similarly, if there is no bank linkage, they will contact the bank and submit the bank statement.
The Anganwadi workers and Master Book Keeper (MBKs) who have been rejected as they are government servants will also be allowed to be included under the scheme.
