Bhadrak: Congress has observed 8-hour bandh in Bhadrak town, demanding establishment of medical college & hospital on Monday. the band will remain in effect from 6AM till 2PM today.
The shops shut, vehicular movement have also been affected due to picketing by party workers at various places of the town.
