Nuapada: 1 Dead, 2 Injured as Car Overturns on Biju Expressway
The accident took place near Boladha village
Nuapada: One person was killed and two others sustained serious injuries after a car lost control and overturned near Boladha village on the Biju Expressway in Nuapada district, Odisha.
The deceased has been identified as Tapan Kumar Patra of Dharmagarh in Kalahandi district.
The accident occurred when the car reportedly went out of control and rolled over on the highway.
On receiving information, Komna police reached the spot, recovered the body, and rescued the two injured persons. The injured were admitted to Komna Community Health Centre for treatment. Their condition is stated to be serious.
Police have registered a case and begun investigation into the cause of the accident.
