The main accused in Sahadev Nayak murder case in Rasulgarh has surrendered in front of the Rasulgarh police on Sunday.
Bhubaneswar: The main accused in Sahadev Nayak murder case in Rasulgarh flyover has surrendered in front of the Mancheswar police on Sunday. The brutal murder happened early morning on January 8 and the youth was hacked to death.
After Rama Nayak surrendered, Police have arrested her.
According to information, Sahadev Nayak was returning after dropping his daughter on his scooter when he was attacked with a sharp weapon. Miscreants chopped his head with sharp weapons and fled from the scene. Later, 3 persons including a woman have been arrested in this connection. The three arrested accused persons are Lipika Nayak, Laxmidhar Nayak and Rocky Nayak.
The crime scene recreation of the Rasulgarh murder of was done on January 9 at the Daya River near Lingipur in Bhubaneswar of Odisha. The accused persons had hidden the crime weapons in the water of Daya River.
