Large crowds gather at beach areas to watch last sunrise of 2025
As 2025 is ending today, huge crowd gathered at different places to witness the last sunrise of this year and welcome 2026.
Bhubaneswar: The year 2025 is bidding goodbye as today is the last day of this year. The year 2026 will start from tomorrow. A large number of people gathered in the beach areas to witness the last sunrise of the year in places like Puri, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu and Kanyakumari.
People enjoyed the last sunrise of the year today. The sky glowed with golden and red hues while the blue sea shimmered in the morning light. This scenic view drew large crowds.
Heavy rush was seen at beaches and tourist spots in Puri, Mumbai, Tamil Nadu and Kanyakumari.
As the eastern sky turned crimson during the sunrise, family and friends stepped out to celebrate the last day of the year with some mouthwatering food.
Meanwhile, tourist places across the state have remained crowded since morning. Some people started their day by taking an early morning bath and offering prayers to the rising sun for peace, happiness and prosperity in the New Year.
