‘Kadambini’ Editor Dr. Iti Samanta conferred with Indian Women Achievement Award 2024
Eminent litterateur and editor of ‘Kadambini,’ the highest circulated monthly family magazine of Odisha, Dr Iti Samanta has been conferred with Indian Women Achievement Award 2024.
Bangalore: Eminent litterateur and editor of ‘Kadambini,’ the highest circulated monthly family magazine of Odisha, Dr Iti Samanta has been conferred with Indian Women Achievement Award 2024.
Dr Iti Samanta was conferred with the prestigious award for Literary Excellence during an event held by the Indian Women Achievement Award (IWAA) and Karnatak Women Achievement Award (KWAA), 2024 at Taj Yeshwantpur in Bangalore.
As ‘Kadambini’ editor was absent, Sasmita Rout, the Deputy Director of KIIT University received the award for her from Dr. Pramoda Devi Wadiyar, the Member of Mysore Royal Family. Spoorthi Biswas, the founder and director of IWAA and KWAA highly praised Dr. Itirani Samanta.
A total of 30 women were honoured with the KWAA-2024. Noted Indian Playback singer Kavita Krishnamurthy, accomplished artist and art researcher Dr. Pushpa Dravid and legendary martial artist Meenakshi Amma Gurukkal were conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Indian Women Achievers Awards (IWAA) 2024.
Besides, Pinky Anand, the distinguished Indian lawyer and Senior Advocate, got the Iconic Legal Award while famous travel content creator Kamiya Jani got the Iconic Travel Influencer Award.
