Bhubaneswar: As many as 12 people were arrested after Commissionerate police conducted a surprise raid on a gambling den in Balakati area on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar last night.
Acting on a tip-off, the Balianta police conducted a raid on a gambling den in the Balakati area and recovered over 2 lakh cash, 4 vehicles and other incriminating materials from their possession. The police arrested 12 persons in this connection.
Later, the police have registered a case against them.
