Fresh water fish to be available in Rushikulya River, watch
The State Fisheries and Wildlife Department has released about 750,000 fish fingerlings in the Rusikulya River today
Chhatrapur: Now freshwater fishes will be available in the Rusikulya River in Ganjam district. For this, the State Fisheries and Wildlife Department has released about 750,000 fish fingerlings in the Rusikulya River. The fingerlings were released to the River at Municipentho near Chhatrapur.
Chhatrapur MLA Krishna Chandra Nayak, Pottalaampur Sarpanch Niranjan Pradhan, Samiti Sabhya Shambhunath Swain, Ganjam district Chief Fisheries Officer Bharat Bhushan Sahu, Additional Marine Fisheries Officer Subrata Kumar Patnaik were prominently present at the event.
Later, the guests released the fish fingerlings to the River.
