Four gates of Puri Jagannath temple opened for devotees again

Puri: All four gates of the famous Puri Jagannath temple opened for the devotees yet again from today, informed the temple administration.

Devotees vising the 12th century shrine can now entered into the temple through all the four gates- Singhadwara, Paschima dwara, Uttara Dwara and Dakshina Dwara.

However, they will have to exit only through the Paschima dwara, Uttara Dwara and Dakshina Dwara as the temple administration has put a restriction on their exit through the Singhadwara, the main gate of the temple.

It is to be noted here that the devotees were allowed to enter the temple through all the four gates but entry thought the Uttara Dwara and Dakshina Dwara was restricted from October 18 in view of the huge crowd during the holy month of Kartika, which ended yesterday.
