Baliguda: In a shocking incident, a man had been missing since the past 12 days in Baliguda of Kandhamal district in Odisha, said reports. On Wednesday however his decomposed body was found in the forest.
According to reports, the incident has been reported from Uduribudi jungle under the Tumudibandha Police station limits in Kandhamal. The body was spotted by the locals in the jungle and then it was recovered by the Tumudibandha Police.
Reports further said that the deceased has been identified as Libu Patmajhi of Chachinga village under Tumudibandha Police limits. Libu had allegedly gone into the jungle on July 10 and had been missing since then.
The body of Libu however was spotted today by villagers who had gone to the jungle to search for mushroom, they immediately informed the police. The police reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for postmortem. The timing and the cause of death shall be ascertained only after the autopsy report is obtained.
