Kalahandi: Tightening the noose against corrupt officials in the district, Vigilance Department sleuths raided the house and offices of the DFO, Kalahandi Forest Division (North) Lalitendu Jena. During the raid, the anti-corruption body officials examined vital documents at his residence.
Reports say simultaneous raids were conducted at Jena’s residence and office located in Bhubaneswar on charges of amassing property disproportionate to his known sources of income.
Vigilance teams from Cuttack and Jeypore assistes the district Vigilance team in the raid, which was continuing till this report was filed.
