Covid recovery in Odisha: 438 more Covid patients recovered today

Bhubaneswar: The Health & Family Welfare Department on Monday informed that the 438 more Covid patients recovered in Odisha taking the recovery tally to 1029585.

According to the data shared by the health department, the highest number of recoveries was reported from Khurda district (202) followed by Cuttack (17) district.

  • 7 from Jagatsinghpur
  • 6 from Bhadrak
  • 5 from Bargarh
  • 5 from Deogarh
  • 4 from Nayagarh
  • 3 from Dhenkanal
  • 3 from Kendrapara
  • 2 from Anugul
  • 2 from Bolangir
  • 2 from Ganjam
  • 2 from Jharsuguda
  • 2 from Koraput
  • 2 from Nuapada
  • 2 from Rayagada
  • 1 from Kandhamal
  • 1 from Keonjhar
  • 50 from State Pool

It is to be noted here that a total of 316 Covid-19 positive cases including 51 in the 0-18 years age group were detected in the State in the last 24 hours.

According to the Information & Public Relations (I&PR) Department, the COVID positive tally in the State rose to 10,41,773, with the detection of 316 new cases.

Likewise, three COVID infected patients including one from Bhubaneswar, breathed their lasts taking the death toll to 8,336. The other two deceased COVID patients belonged to Balasore and Ganjam districts.
