Bhubaneswar: As many as two people were injured in a conflict between two gangs over cutting of a banyan tree in Kudiya slum of Bharatpur here this morning.
According to sources, two gangs had a conflict regarding the cutting of an old banyan tree in the slum. In the conflict, two people were injured. The injured were rushed to a nearby primary healthcare centre.
The commissionerate police arrested one person in this matter. Police force has been deployed in the area to check further conflict.
