Chatrapur Sub-Collector inaugurates digital learning facilities enhanced by Adani Foundation at Govt ITI College

Chatrapur: Gopalpur Port through Adani Foundation, under its CSR initiative, has extended valuable support to Government ITI Chatrapur by providing Interactive Panels and an Alkaline RO Water filter machine. This contribution is aimed at strengthening digital learning infrastructure and ensuring access to safe drinking water for both trainers and trainees.
An inaugural ceremony was held at the institute to mark the occasion. Sibasish Baral, Sub-Collector, Chatrapur, graced the event as Chief Guest. Among others Ajit Pisharody, Operations & Maintenance Head, Gopalpur Port, Debadutta Mishra from CSR, Principal of Govt. ITI Atulya Kumar Panda, District Skill Development Officer Falguni Sarthak Nayak along with trainers and trainees were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Sub-Collector Sibasish Baral urged the students to think beyond conventional boundaries and highlighted the crucial role of technical students in building the nation’s journey towards Viksit Bharat as India approaches 100 years of Independence.
Ajit Pisharody emphasized that industries are continuously upgrading and students must keep pace with these changes. He added that the newly installed interactive panel will serve as a valuable tool for effective learning, benefitting both students and faculty.
Highlighting the academic impact, Principal Atulya Kumar Panda said the installation of Interactive Panels will make classrooms more engaging and student-friendly, thereby reducing dropout rates. He further noted that the Alkaline RO water purifier will ensure safe drinking water and contribute to the health and well-being of the campus community.
Expressing gratitude, the Principal in an appreciation letter to Adani Foundation stated “Your esteemed organisation’s generous gift will have a major impact on strengthening the online and offline digital classes of trainees, making study more effective and attractive. On behalf of the Govt. ITI Chatrapur family both trainers and trainees I thank you for helping us make a positive difference.”
