Bird flu in Odisha spreads to Delanga and Nimapada, 3,200 chickens culled
Pipili: Bird flu in Odisha has started spreading it has been detected in Delanga and Nimapada after Pipili block, said reports on Sunday.
According to reports, positive reports were obtained from the sample test. The sample was taken from the farm of Sumitra Samantharay of Delanga Motori Panchayat.
After the positive report has been obtained, the process will be started to kill 3,200 chickens in the farm. Today the Rapid Response team reached Delanga they will start the process of culling of chickens.
It is further worth mentioning that, the culling will be done under the supervision of the Block Veterinary Officer. The samples taken from Nimapada also came positive, said reports.
