Kalahandi: A bear was spotted roaming in the Amapani Forest Section under Sahajkhol Reserved Forest of Koksara Block of Kalahandi District. The sighting of wild animal has put the locals in a state of panic. Sources revealed that sometimes the bear enters the village and often seen running on the National Highway 26. Dharmagarh forest officials are monitoring the movement of the bear and have prohibited people from going on the bear trail. People have been warned to take precautions while going out at night.
