A serious incident occured near Khan Nagar Chhak in Cuttack on Monday morning, where an ambulance carrying patient caught fire suddenly while it was running on road
Cuttack: A serious incident occured near Khan Nagar Chhak in Cuttack on Monday morning, where an ambulance carrying patient caught fire suddenly while it was running on road.
As per reports, the ambulance was going from Khan Nagar Chhak to Purighat when it caught fire suddenly.
Following which, people present nearby immediately rushed towards the vehicle and rescued the occupants.
Prompt action of people present there has been appreciated as patient and people in ambulance were saved immediately.
On being informed, fire fighters reached the spot and controlled the fire.
Sources revealed that the vehicle is damaged due to the fire but no casualties or deaths reported till now. All people present inside the vehicle along with driver, patient, and relatives of patient are safe.
