15 foot long python rescued from canal in Odisha’s Balasore district, watch
The huge reptile was spotted in a canal near Kaduani village under Nilagiri Forest Range of the district.
Nilagiri: A 15 foot long python has been rescued from a canal in the Balasore district of Odisha on Saturday. The huge reptile was spotted in a canal near Kaduani village under Nilagiri Forest Range of the district.
As per reports, initially a few locals spotted the huge python in the canal. Within no time many others flocked there to witness the long snake. Meanwhile some people informed the Forest Department to rescue the snake.
After getting information, forest officials reached the spot and after putting effort for some time rescued the python. Upon observation it was seen that the snake was 15 foot long.
The forest officials took the snake with them and later released it to its natural habitat at a lonely place in the nearby forest.
