1 dead, 2 critical in road accident in Paradip of Odisha

Paradip: A fatal road accident in Paradip has occurred near Nehru Bungalow road. It has been reported that one person died and two others were seriously injured in the accident.

Reports say that, two seriously injured youths have been shifted to SCB Medical College and Hospital in Cuttack. Such a fatal road accident has occurred in a head-on collision between two  bikes.

It is reported that the deceased youth is Pritiprakash Nanda (30), the younger son of Pancha Nanda of Kujang Block in Kothigham village. The names of two seriously injured persons are Amar Parida and Chandrakant Nayak, but the exact information about their houses has not been found.

According to information, while Amar and Chandrakant were passing through Nehru bungalow  on a Splendor motorcycle, they collided head-on with a bike of Pritiprakash, who was coming from Nehru bungalow on a bike. At the scene, Pritiprakash was seriously injured on the head.

All of them were admitted to Atharbanki community health center (CHC) by local people. There the doctor declared Pritiprakash dead while the other two have been shifted to Cuttack. Nehru bungalow Marine Police reached the spot and seized two bikes and sent the dead body for post-mortem and are continuing the investigation.
