UP police catches escaped murder accused in film style chase, taken into custody!

Bulandshahr (UP): In a major success to UP police, a murder accused was caught after a film style chase and then taken into custody on Thursday.

According to reports, Rijul Kumar ASP of Bulandshahr told ANI, “At night, vehicle checking was underway. A motorbike was coming at a high speed but it took a U-turn after seeing the Police.”

Reports further said that, “All chowkis were alerted. Near Vali Pura, Kotwali team, Special Operations Group (SOG) tried to stop them but they fired at the Police.”

Reliable reports said that, police retaliated and the one who was riding the motorbike got shot in leg but the pillion rider managed to escape. “When the man was interrogated he said his name is Ajay,” police sources said.

Police further said that, “He was sent to jail in the murder case of a retired judge and managed to escape from court while he was presented there. There was a reward of Rs 15,000 on him.”
