Srinagar: Two militants and a soldier were killed in an encounter in Pulwama district of Jammu & Kashmir on Thursday, the army said.
According to reports, the encounter started militants fired at a team of security forces who had launched a pre-dawn cordon and search operation at Dalipora.
It is also being reported that some civilian injuries have also occurred but there is no official confirmation regarding the same.
The operation is still going on. Further details are awaited.
