Sexual assault of two girls aged 17 years and 22 years in Delhi, 5 arrested and car recovered
Delhi: In a tragic and shocking incident one minor of 17 years and another girl of 22 years were allegedly sexually assaulted in Delhi, said reports on Tuesday.
According to reports, five people were arrested after two girls aged 17 years and 22 years filed a police complaint alleging that they were sexually assaulted on November 10 in Kasturba Niketan area of Delhi.
Further it is worth mentioning that, the accused have been identified as Shivam Parchha, Aman Pal, Ashish, Amar Mehra and Abhishek. They allegedly sexually assaulted the girls inside a car. The car in which the alleged crime took place has been recovered, informed Delhi Police.
The case has been registered against the accused under sections 64(1), 70(1) (gang rape) and 4 POCSO Act further informed Delhi Police.
