New-Delhi: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Lal Krishna Advani was on Tuesday administered the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine. Advani received the first dose of the vaccine at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
This comes after BJP directed its MPs, MLAs, and other public representatives to look after and support the vaccination drive against COVID-19.
Earlier, PM Modi took the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine on March 1. Later, President Ram Nath Kovind and many other politicians as well as union ministers received the first dose of the jab.
