Bhubaneswar: The Central Recruitment Committee (CRC)/Sub-Inspector of the Indian Railways announced the result of the Computer Based Test (CBT) for recruitment of SIs in RPF/RPSF on Wednesday.
Candidates can visit the official website of the Indian Railways – http://www.indianrailways.gov.in – to know the list of the candidates shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test.
The CRC has said that the result for Group A, B, C and D of Zonal Railways was released today online. The CBT results for Group E and F of Zonal Railways had already been announced and the Physical Efficiency Test of candidates of Group F was conducted today at Gorakhpur.
Similarly, the Physical Efficiency Test for candidates of Group E is scheduled on March 1, 2019, in New Jalpaiguri. The CRC has further said that the schedule of the Physical Efficiency Test for other Groups has been finalized, which is as follows;
Group A (SR, SCR & SWR) exam will be held on 19th and 20th March, 2019 at Chennai.
Group B (CR, WR, WCR & SECR) exam will be held between 23rd and 25th March, 2019 at Bhusawal.
Group C (ER, ECR, ECoR & SER) exam will be held between 23rd and 25th March, 2019 at Asansol.
Group D (NR, NCP, NWR & NER) will be held between 23rd and 25th March, 2019 at Kapurthala.
The shortlisted candidates can download the e-call letter for the physical exam from the official website.
The CRC had invited online application to fill up vacancies of 1120 (819 Male and 301 female) SI in RPF/ RPSF in June 2018. Total 14, 25, 755 candidates had submitted the application.
The online test (CBT) was conducted in January this year at more than 400 venues across the nation. The CRC has informed that the panel for the appointment will be finalized by 31st March, 2019.
