Rahul Sahu rescue: 10-year-old boy who had fallen into borewell in Chhattisgarh, rescued alive

Bhubaneswar: The 10-year-old boy Rahul Sahu, who had been trapped in an 80 feet deep hole after he fell into a borewell, was rescued at about 11 pm on Tuesday after about 100 hours of operation. The incident took place in Pihrid village of Malkharoda block in Chhattishgarh.

As per the latest reports, the rescue team reached very close to Rahul and saw him at about 10.15 pm. They witnessed him alive and breathing. In short, health condition of Rahul was good at this time.

Two Ambulances were ready along with medical teams to shift the victim to hospital and to provide top medical treatment.

As per reports, Around 150 officials have been deployed for the rescue operation.

Also, robots and other resources have been deployed in the rescue operation.

The Chief Minister (of Chhattisgarh) also spoke to the robot operator Mahesh Ahir and Rahul’s father, reported NDTV.
