The video of Adil’s father has been viral on social media where he is seen denying any knowledge of his son’s activities. As per Gulam, Adil had told him that he was going to Jammu to attend his 12th board exams. He had no idea that his son would end up blowing up CRPF trucks.

Adil’s father Gulam reminisces that once when Adil was returning from school, the Police had stopped him without reason and then had forced him to rub his nose on the ground and make a circle around their jeep like this. This had infuriated Adil beyond reason and that’s when the seed of revenge was planted in his mind. This is the reason for which he might have joined Jaish-e-Mohammed.

Adil has been missing from Pulwama’s Gudibag. His two associates Tauseef and Wasim have also been missing. It is important to note here that, Tauseef’s elder brother Manjur Ahmed Dar was also a terrorist who had died in 2017. Adil used to give Azaan in a nearby Masjid.
