Bhubaneswar: The petrol and diesel prices have continued to hike all over the country bringing severe distress to consumers.
According to the price list of Tuesday, the price of normal petrol in Parbhani in Maharashtra is being sold at Rs. 121.38 and the price of diesel is Rs. 103.97.
Meanwhile, the petrol price has been recorded at Rs 111.82 per litre while the diesel rate is recorded at Rs 101.50 per litre in Bhubaneswar.
The petrol and diesel rate have risen by 86 paisa and 85 paisa respectively in the last 24 hours. The petrol and diesel rates in Cuttack have also increased and are recorded at Rs 111.99 and Rs 101.73 respectively.
Meanwhile, the fuel prices in major cities of India like Chennai, Kolkata, and Mumbai have been recorded at Rs 110.11, Rs 114.28, and Rs 119.67 respectively. The diesel price, on the other hand, is recorded at Rs 100.19 in Chennai, Rs 99.02 in Kolkata, and in Mumbai, the rates are at Rs 103.92.
The cost of petrol in the national capital, Delhi is recorded at Rs 104.61 per litre while the diesel is at Rs 95.87 per litre.
