Odisha’s Satya Narayan Pradhan appointed as NDRF DG

Bhubaneswar: It is a matter of great pride for Odisha as IPS officer Satya Narayan Pradhan from the state has been appointed as the Director General (DG) of National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) by the Union Government on Thursday.

Pradhan is a 1988 Jharkhand cadre IPS officer. Currently, he is the Joint Secretary of the ministry of The Department of Development of North Eastern Region (DoNER).
