Nirbhaya Rape Case: Decision to hang the culprits to be heard on 5th March
New Delhi: Nirbhaya Rape Case Culprits will get fresh hanging dates on 5th March. The SC will decide whether they will be hanged separately or not.
In the former hearings, three culprits have used their legal options while the fourth one, Pawan is not likely to appeal before the Court. Central government in its petition has said that the four convicts are using their legal options one by one and hence delaying the hanging date.
The government requested the High Court to hang them separately so that the culprits who have devoid their legal options can be hanged earlier.
According to reports the High Court had given one week time to the convicts to exercise their legal options. The verdict of hanging the culprits separately or individually is yet to come. Hence everyone is waiting eagerly for 5th March decision of High Court.
