Agra: In a bizzare incident, a 24-year-old man was allegedly thrashed and buried alive by four men over land dispute. He claimed that he was dug up by the stray dogs.
The victim has been identified as Roop Kishore and claimed that four men Ankit, Gaurav, Karan and Akash had assaulted him on July 18 in Artoni area of Agra. He was reportedly strangled and assuming him to be dead, four accused buried him on their farm.
Kishore claimed after a pack of stray dogs started digging on the exact spot where he was buried and bit his exposed flesh. He then gained consciousness.
After waking up, the 24-year-old managed to walk out of the area and after some locals spotted him, took him to hospital for treatment. He is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Kishore’s mother has alleged that his son was forcibly taken from their home by the four attackers. According to the police, a case has been registered and a thorough investigation is underway and efforts are on to catch the four accused.
