According to the police, the accused and his wife had been drinking alcohol together in their room when the heated argument started between them. Soon after that, Ramchandra took a stick and started beating his wife to death.
After receiving the information, the police reached the spot, nabbed the culprit, and sent him to police custody for interrogation.
According to the police, the deceased woman was his 12th wife, he was married to eleven women and left after physically assaulting them. The accused has three sons and a daughter with Savitri Devi.
The deceased person’s body has been sent for post-mortem. In this case, additional investigation is underway.
