Bhadrak: India successfully test-fired its indigenously developed nuclear capable Long Range Ballistic Missile Agni-5 from the Abdul Kalam Island near Dhamra off Odisha coast on Monday.
The surface-to-surface missile was launched with the help of a mobile launcher from launch pad-4 of the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at 1.25 PM, defence sources said.
The most capable nuclear-capable missile can carry a nuclear payload of 1.5 tonnes with a strike range of 5000 km. It can reach all of Pakistan and China, sources added.
