New Delhi: The Gautam Gambhir Foundation has been found guilty of illegally stocking, procuring and distributing Fabiflu medicine to Covid patients, the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI) informed Delhi High Court on Thursday.
Reportedly, an action will be taken without delay against the foundation, drug dealers as well as other such cases.
Gautam Gambhir Foundation purchased over 2000 strips by licensed dealers despite them not holding any valid license for doing so, added reports.
The court asked the drug controller to file status reports within six weeks and listed the matter for hearing on July 29.
