Fire breaks out in building in Mumbai, 15 injured and 90 rescued safely
Mumbai: Fire broke out in Mumbai in a building in the Ghatkopar area of the capital city of Maharashtra said reports on Saturday.
According to reports as many as 90 people were rescued from the building, while 15 have been injured in the fire in Mumbai. Reports further said, fire tenders reached the spot and brought the fire under control. More than 90 people were rescued safely.
It is worth mentioning here tat, 13 people have been injured in the fire incident. They have been admitted to the nearest hospital, said sources in the Mumbai Fire Brigade department.
Recently on September 6, a fire had occurred in Mumbai in Times Tower building located in Lower Parel West on, said reports. Nine fire tenders rushed to the spot.
According to reports, no injuries have been reported in the fire in Mumbai. Fire fighting operations are underway said the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Efforts are underway to douse the fire that broke out in Times Tower building. MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande told ANI, “Fire broke out in the Kamala Mills Compound for the 3rd time in five years. There is no fire audit of the building…Illegal construction in the Kamala Mills Compound is increasing day by day.”
