Diesel hiked by 10 paise, Petrol price remains unchanged

New Delhi: There was a miniscule hike of 10 paise in diesel prices, whereas price of petrol remained unchanged on Sunday.

In the national capital New Delhi, the diesel prices went up by 10 paise, costing at Rs 66 per litre now. Petrol is being sold at Rs 71.27 per litre.

In Mumbai, the diesel will now cost Rs 69.11 per litre after the price increase. The petrol costs Rs 76.90 per litre.

The price of diesel in Odisha is at Rs. 70.76 per litre today after price hike. The petrol price has been constant since the last four days (unchanged in entire India) and is now priced at Rs 70.27 per litre.

At present, Oil Companies all over India follow dynamic fuel price method. As per this method, petrol and diesel rates are revised at 06:00 a.m. every day.
