Cruise drugs bust case: No bail for Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha

Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s has been denied bail by special court today. He has already spent 13 days in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail so far in connection to the cruise drug bust case. NCB arrested the star kid on the matter on October 3 and booked him for offences under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Senior lead counsel Amit Desai with Satish Maneshinde were representing Aryan. This was the 23-year-old’s third bail plea rejection after being arrested in early October.

Apart from Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail applications were also rejected. The three, along with other accused, were sent to a 14-day judicial custody on October 7, which will come to an end on October 21.
