Lucknow (UP): In a recent incident, the video of which had become viral a girl without any valid reason had slapped a cab driver on the streets in Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh.
The cab driver Saadat Ali , who was beaten up by a girl, Priyadarshini Yadav on the middle road in front of the traffic policemen has decided to enter politics.
Just before the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Saadat Ali, the cab driver, has joined the party of Akhilesh Yadav’s uncle Shivpal Yadav.
He has also confirmed that he has joined Pragatisheel Samajwadi Party.
After joining the party, Saadat Ali has said that he can never forget what happened to him. Ali says that he has also entered politics so that he can fight the battle for such men.
He also added that, I want to hear the voice of the youth and men of the country especially of Uttar Pradesh so that their self-respect can be protected.
It is noteworthy that, the girl slapped the driver several times and snatched the phone and broke it. The video of the incident became very viral on social media.
After the incident and a lot of effort, the cab driver was able to register his case with the police.
In the investigation, it was found that the cab driver was innocent, then a case was registered against the girl under various sections including robbery, assault.
