Bombay High Court grants bail to Aryan Khan, Here are bail conditions

The Bombay High court dictated its conditions for the bail of Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha at a Rs 1 lakh bond, and said that the accused are not supposed to leave Mumbai without permission. The star kid along with two others were granted bail on Thursday in the cruise drug case.

It is after three weeks since Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) arrested them in the case, the HC has finally accepted their bail.

Shahrukh Khan’s lawyers arrived at the Sessions Court to complete all formalities regarding his release today. Aryan is likely to walk out of jail by evening.

The 23-year-old’s bail conditions states that he should present PR bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties in like amount. He should not indulge in any similar activities, not try to establish contact with co-accused and should surrender passport before Special Court immediately

The order also states that the applicant should attend the NCB Mumbai office on each Friday between 1100-1400 hours to mark their presence. Applicant should not leave the country without permission from NDPS Court.

Apart from that they are also prohibited of making any public statements about the case. The court has also directed them not to indulge in influencing witnesses in any manner, attempt to delay the trial and attend court on all dates in the order, which will pave the way for the release of the trio later on Friday.
