Bhubaneswar: BJD President and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday announced the names of nine more candidates for the upcoming Assembly election in the State.

- Nimapara- Sameer Ranjan Dash
- Nilagiri – Santosh Khatua
- Anandapur- Bhagirathi Sethi
- Balikuda-Ersama- Raghunandan Das
- Niali – Dr. Pramod Kumar Mallick
- Kakatpur- Surendra Sethi
- Dhamnagar- Rajendra Dash
- Jagatsinghpur- Prashant Muduli
Notably, the state Assembly election for 147 Assembly constituencies will be held simultaneously with 21 Lok Sabha seats in Odisha in four phases on April 11, 18, 23 and 29.
