Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan received a clean chit in the cruise drug bust case last month. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) did not include his name in the charge sheet that was filed in the case after a cruise ship was raided in Mumbai in October 2021. Now, the star kid has moved to the court to get back his passport.

Reportedly, Aryan Khan has filed an application in the special court, seeking the return of his passport. On Thursday, the 24-years-old filed an application through his lawyers Amit Desai and Rahul Agarwal of Desai Desai Carrimjee and Mulla. In the application, Aryan mentioned that the NCB charge sheet does not have his name thus, his passport must be returned.

The court took the matter into consideration and directed the NCB to file a reply. The court has also addressed a hearing on July 13.
