Air India Flight With 324 Indians Evacuated From China Lands In Delhi

New Delhi:  First batch of Indians with 324 on board fly out from China. This is a special flight which had been sent to China to evacuate the Indians stranded there.

With the Coronavirus death toll in China rising to 258 with 45 new fatalities the Indian Government wanted to step up the rescue operations. 

The flight landed in Delhi at 8:00 am.

A screening will be conducted by a team of doctors at Delhi Airport for all the Indians who have arrived in the Air India special flight from Wuhan, China.

324 Indians include 3 minors and 211 students.

They will be taken to Indo-Tibetan Border Police Chhawla Camp in Delhi and Indian Army Camp at Manesar in Haryana for medical observation.
