7 Indian Army soldiers killed in road accident in Ladakh, some others grievously injured

New Delhi: In a tragic incident as many as seven Indian Army soldiers lost their lives ‘in a vehicle accident’ in Turtuk sector of Ladakh on Friday. Some others have also sustained grievous injury, News Agency ANI tweeted quoting Army Sources today.

As per reports, efforts are on to ensure best medical care for the injured. Besides, air effort has also been put by the Indian Air Force (IAF) to shift the more serious ones to the Western Command.

“7 Indian Army soldiers lost their lives so far in a vehicle accident in Turtuk sector (Ladakh), grievous injuries to others too. Efforts on to ensure best medical care for injured, incl requisition of air effort from IAF to shift more serious ones to Western Command: Army Sources”, ANI tweeted on its official handle.
