Damoh: At least seven bus were gutted in fire that broke out at a bus stand in Madhya Pradesg’s Damoh in the early hours of Thursday.
No casualty has been reported in the incident so far, said Chief Superitendent of Police (CSP) Abhishek Tiwari.
According to reports, a fire broke out at the Damoh bus stand late night yesterday . Later, the fire gradually spread from one vehicle to another and engulfed around seven buses in no time.
Several fire tenders were rushed to the spot after the fire was reported. After hours of fire-fighting operations, the fire was successfully doused and no casualty was reported in the incident.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained and an investigation has been initiated.
