Gujarat: In a tragic incident, as many as three people have been killed in a road accident in Gujarat on the highway, said reports on Thursday.
According to reports, as many as three people died in a collision between a truck and bus. The incident took place on the Tarapur and Dharmaj Road of Anand district in Gujarat in the morning hours.
The locals immediately informed the police immedaitely. The police reached the spot and recovered the bodies and sent them for postmortem. The details were confirmed by the Superintendent of Police, Anand.
The probe in to the accident is still underway. It is being guessed that the driver had dozed off at the wheels. The cause of the accident is however yet to be ascertained.
