Now CM stresses on 4th 'T': transformationBhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who has stressed the three Ts of Team work, transparency and Technology in recent times, on Tuesday laid emphasize on the fourth ‘T’ (Transformation) for the development of the lives of the people in the state.

Addressing the valedictory session of the three-day-long Collectors’ Workshop, Patnaik asked the collectors to follow the “3Ts formula” of governance, which would lead to another T – Transformation in people’s lives.

“I am happy that the Collectors have deliberated at length over the last two days on the identified initiatives. The discussions were quite fruitful and many innovative suggestions have come up,” he said.

“Taking forward our commitment to People’s Governance, a Portal was launched on the first day of the workshop which has already received more than 185 suggestions from the public.  I am hopeful that many more suggestions will be received till 30th June, 2017,” he informed.

Patnaik also stated, “As you all know, my Government has zero tolerance towards corruption in all spheres of public life. In our resolve to fight corruption and to ensure last mile delivery, we have put in place transparent structures and processes in functioning of the government.”

The CM appreciated the works and dedication of some of the district collectors and assured them of support in taking people-centric decision.

“I am aware that some Collectors are doing outstanding work and I get feedback about all of you. Take bold decisions. Any bold decision taken for people centric governance will have my full support,” he added.

On the occasion, Patnaik presented the ‘Best Performers’ awards to collectors of six districts – Sambalpur, Sundergarh, Mayurbhanj, Rayagada, Malkangiri and Ganjam – for construction of pucca house in the last financial year.
