As the power crisis across continues to play havoc across Odisha, making lives of common people miserable, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik took note of the situations and directed the Energy Department to resolve all electricity related complaints on priority basis.
The CM asked the Department to set up a Toll Free number to handle all grievances. He also issued directives to the Energy Department to open social media accounts and respond to all complaints.
The power and drinking water problems in the State in scorching heat, have taken a heavy toll on the common people.
