Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik congratulated the students who passed the High School Certificate (HSC) Examination results of which was declared on Wednesday.
Taking to Twitter, Patnaik congratulated the successful students.
“Congratulations to the proud students who matriculated today. May your hardwork and parents’ sacrifices be rewarded. God bless,” said the Chief Minister.
As many as 5,02, 999 students with 85.28 percentage passed the test as against 83.32% last year.
While 748 schools across the state scored 100% results and 22 schools scored zero per cent results. Continuing with the trends over the years, the girls with 89.19 pass percent outshone the boys who recorded 88.35 pass percentage.
