Cuttack: In a major blow to managing director of Odisha Stevedores Limited (OSL) Mahimananda Mishra, Orissa High Court on Thursday rejected his bail petition in the Paradip Tarinigoda firing case.
The Court had earlier granted conditional bail to the industrialist in the case of murder of Seaways Shipping official Mahendra Swain.
Mishra was arrested in December last year from Bangkok for allegedly masterminding the killing of Swain.
