The central theme of the summit was, ‘Building the vision for XIMB at 40 in accordance with the VUCA world’.
On the first day of the summit, Vice Chancellor and Director of Xavier University, Dr. Fr. Paul Fernandes, delivered an enlightening speech on excellence and universal education.
“We need to put on and make sure we are able to have conviction and commitment in the future. There is a need to think, reflect, inspire, and empower minds to achieve the excellence in the field of accademics and business”.
The second day of the summit comprised of panel discussions on topics that aimed to discuss the challenges XIMB would have to surmount in the next ten years.
Hundreds of alumni spanning over three decades, current students, teaching and non-teaching staff members of the institution participated in the summit.
XIMB, established in 1987, is a flagship business School of Xavier University. It strives to be a premier institute globally recognized for management education, training, research, and consulting that helps to build a just and humane society.
